If you choose to join the MyAdventuresHQ launch list, we collect the email address you submit. We do not ask for trip details, payment information, or other account information on this pre-launch website.

We use your email address to send occasional MyAdventuresHQ launch updates, early-access information, and related pre-launch communications.
Email service provider
We use Brevo to manage the pre-launch mailing list and deliver launch communications. Brevo processes email addresses on our behalf as a service provider.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall website traffic, such as visits, page views, referral sources, device/browser information, and website performance. This helps us understand how people find and use the pre-launch site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to provide privacy-focused analytics without requiring traditional analytics cookies.
Security and abuse prevention
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the launch-list form from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical information needed to determine whether a form submission appears legitimate.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell launch-list email addresses. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website, protect the signup form, analyze website traffic, or deliver launch communications, or when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We retain launch-list information for as long as it is reasonably needed for pre-launch and launch communications, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Launch emails will include an unsubscribe option. You may also contact us directly to request removal from the launch list.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as MyAdventuresHQ develops or as our website and services change. When we do, we will update the effective date shown above.
