Information we collect
If you choose to join the MyAdventuresHQ launch list, we collect the email address you submit. If you join the U.S. Soft Launch waitlist, we collect the first name, last name, email address, state, and travel style you submit. We do not ask for payment information through these pre-launch signup forms.
How we use your information
We use information submitted through the general launch list to send MyAdventuresHQ launch updates, early-access information, and related pre-launch communications. For the U.S. Soft Launch waitlist, we use the information you submit to manage the waitlist, evaluate eligibility for the initial cohort, send invitations when spots are available, and communicate about Soft Launch participation.
If you choose to opt in to MyAdventuresHQ news, product updates, and future releases when joining the Soft Launch waitlist, we may also use your email address for those marketing communications. This marketing choice is optional and is separate from operational communications needed to manage your Soft Launch waitlist status, invitation, or participation.
Email service provider
We use Brevo to manage the general pre-launch mailing list and U.S. Soft Launch waitlist and to deliver related communications. Brevo processes the contact information and signup details submitted through these forms on our behalf as a service provider.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall website traffic, such as visits, page views, referral sources, device/browser information, and website performance. This helps us understand how people find and use the pre-launch site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to provide privacy-focused analytics without requiring traditional analytics cookies.
Security and abuse prevention
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the launch-list form from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical information needed to determine whether a form submission appears legitimate.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information submitted through the launch list or U.S. Soft Launch waitlist. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website, protect signup forms, analyze website traffic, manage signup information, or deliver related communications, or when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We retain launch-list and Soft Launch waitlist information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless you ask us to remove it sooner or a longer period is required by law. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. You may also contact us directly to request removal from the launch list or Soft Launch waitlist.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as MyAdventuresHQ develops or as our website and services change. When we do, we will update the effective date shown above.
